Gear reducer use and maintenance

I. precautions before installation:

1. the machine should be cleaned before use. Check whether the installation shaft has bumps and dirt, and if it is, clean all of them.

2. the use temperature of the reducer is 0~40 degrees centigrade.

3. check whether the mating dimensions of the hole (or shaft) connected with the reducer meet the requirements, and the tolerance of the hole shall be H7 (the tolerance of the shaft is H6).

4. before use should be put on the high exhaust plug plug at the discharge gas in the reducer running guarantee.

Two. Reducer installation

The 1. reducer can only be installed on the flat, shock absorbing and torsion resistant support structure.

2. in any case, do not allow the use of hammer pulleys, couplings, etc. in small gear or sprocket on the output shaft, this will damage the bearing and shaft.

Three. Use and maintenance

1., after the reducer installation, check whether flexible. For official use, you must carry out no-load test and gradually load operation when the operation is normal.

2. speed reducer is strictly prohibited to use more than rated load.

3., before the use of gear reducer and work should check the oil level is normal, the machine before the factory has been filling with lubricating oil, lubricating oil Name: medium load industrial gear oil GB5903-86220.

Four. Change the oil system:

The first oil change, the machine running 300~400 hours after the oil should be replaced, every 1500~2000 hours after the replacement of lubricating oil. In the harsh working environment, high temperature, dust and work situations should be every half a month to conduct an inspection of lubricating oil, lubricating oil contamination is found to replace oil, lubricating oil to keep clean, prolong the life of gear reducer, improve economic efficiency.

Five. Replacement of oil

When the oil is changed, wait for the reducer to cool down. There is no danger of burning, but it should remain warm, because after complete cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and the oil is difficult to drain. (Note: the power supply of the transmission is cut off to prevent inadvertent energization! )
